Beaver Dam Amphitheater Rules

To keep the venue as safe as possible, event staff have set up the following rules and policies. Please be sure to read and abide by these rules. Failure to do so may result in expulsion from the event without refund. You may call 800.514.3849 if you have any questions regarding this venue.

Alcohol Policy

For guests 21 and over, Beaver Dam Amphitheater serves Budweiser, Bud Light, Michelob Ultra, Country Boy Brewing Company products, SweetWater Blue, and a variety of Rita products (i.e., MangoRita, StrawberRita, etc.). Please be prepared to show your ID.

Chair Policy

ALL LOWER ARENA TABLES and Tickets have seating provided. Lawn chairs are not allowed in these sections. If desired, UPPER LAWN / GENERAL ADMISSION ticket holders can bring a small lawn chair as seats are not provided for this seating tier. A limited number of chairs are available for rent for GA ticket holders. Guests may also bring blankets.

Children Policy

A ticket is required for all guests, except for infants 12 months of age or younger, who will be held on a lap for the entire event.

Clear Bag Policy

Clear bags larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ are prohibited.

Clutch purses larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″ are prohibited.

All other bags are prohibited.

Food and Coolers Policy

Coolers, as well as outside food & beverages, are NOT allowed at Beaver Dam Amphitheater. There is plenty of food and drink available from the vendors at the venue.

Rain Policy

All shows are Rain or Shine. Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In case of a show cancellation, an announcement will be made, and ticket holders will be notified and informed. Refunds will be offered in the event of cancellation. There may or may not be a rescheduled date offered.

Restricted Items List

The following items are not allowed at the venue.

  • -Firearms
  • -Chairs with canopies/tops, reclining chairs with footrests.
  • -Backpacks of any kind, including drawstring
  • -Banners/flags
  • -Briefcases
  • -Car seats
  • -Coolers of any size
  • -Drones
  • -Illegal Substances
  • -Laser pens/pointers
  • -Cameras with detachable lenses
  • -Computers/ Laptops
  • -Outside food or beverage
  • -Cans, bottles, coolers, or other similar containers
  • -Video Cameras or Audio Recorders
  • -Laser pens or laser products
  • -Noise Makers
  • -Weapons of any kind
  • -Diaper Bags
  • -Fireworks or any incendiary device
  • -Animals
  • -Umbrellas
  • -Flag poles or any support frames for banners/signs
  • -Balloons
  • -Selfie Sticks
  • -Tents, Pop-Ups, Canopies of any type.
  • – Any other item deemed inappropriate by management

Smoking Policy

Beaver Dam Amphitheater proudly provides guests with a smoke-free, vape-free concert experience. There are two smoking & vaping areas, clearly marked, on the venue grounds. These are outside of the performance and seating areas. Smoking & vaping are allowed ONLY in these areas. This policy is strictly enforced.
